Abdellah Lisfi

Dr. Lisfi is a full professor in the Physics Department at Morgan State University. His research focuses on magnetic materials, including both bulk and low-dimensional systems. He leads a well-established laboratory specialising in magnetic characterisation, imaging, and materials synthesis. Dr. Lisfi has received competitive research funding from agencies such as the National Science Foundation (NSF) and the U.S. Air Force. He currently serves as the director of the NSF-funded CREST Centre for Advanced Magnets and Semiconductors, established in 2023. Over the years, he has also contributed to the scientific community as a panellist and ad hoc reviewer for the NSF, as well as a reviewer for several peer-reviewed journals.
