Asad Ullah is an award-winning Aerospace Manufacturing Engineer based in the UK, recognised for his early contributions to space materials and high-temperature alloy development. Working at Accrofab ATF, he supports major aerospace programmes for Rolls-Royce and Airbus, specialising in superalloy processing and quality-critical manufacturing for propulsion systems. His primary research focuses on Refractory High-Entropy Alloys (RHEAs) for rocket engines, nuclear propulsion, and other extreme-environment systems. Asad has delivered talks internationally and published studies on alloy performance, microstructural stability, and scalable manufacturing pathways. His achievements include the Excellence in Achievement Award for Recent Graduates, and recognition as one of the youngest South Asian researchers advancing propulsion-grade material innovation.
