Paulo Mateus Rebouças de Oliveira is a Chemistry undergraduate student at the Federal Institute of Education, Science, and Technology of Ceará (IFCE), Aracati Campus. His research focuses on Environmental Chemistry and the development of clean technologies. Régis Lopes Nogueira and Otília Mônica are professors and research advisors at the same institution. Their combined academic work emphasizes the principles of Green Chemistry and the Circular Economy. This collaborative research investigates the valorization of shrimp farming residues from the Vale do Jaguaribe to synthesize sustainable bioadsorbents, aiming at the efficient treatment of local petroleum effluents, significantly reducing harmful impacts on the ecosystems.
