Fabrication of new functional fullerene-based nanomaterials using the nanoarchitectonics concept. We aim to produce ultra-high surface area nanoporous fullerene crystals and convert them into hierarchically porous carbon　materials by high-temperature heat treatment for high-performance supercapacitor and vapour sensing applications.
