Welcome to the Materials Europe Conference held in the beautiful city of Valencia (ADEIT, University of Valencia).
This is the first edition of the event in Europe particularly in Spain.
This conference was born in Oceania (Australia) several years ago and because of its successful result, the organization want to extend the philosophy of this meeting around Europe.
On behalf of all Committee members and organisers of this scientific event, we are very grateful to all participants for coming to this meeting and for your confidence.
We hope all contributors enjoy the meeting and that their scientific expectations are satisfied.
Finally, we hope this first edition in Valencia is the beginning of the next editions around different countries of Europe.
After a series of successful conferences in the Asia and Oceania region,
we are
thrilled to extend our warmest welcome to the esteemed researchers, professors, early career researchers
(ECRs), and budding students across the globe. It is with great joy that we announce the upcoming
Materials Europe Conference, scheduled to take place from October 2-4, 2024, in the enchanting city of
Valencia— a place renowned for its blend of rich history and modern charm.
Our event promises a vibrant setting, fostering productive conversations and networking opportunities
among eminent scientists and researchers who share a common passion for materials science. With carefully
curated sessions, we aim to offer a comprehensive journey through the realms of materials science—from
fundamental principles in "Advanced Materials Synthesis and Characterization" to cutting-edge applications
explored in "AI tools in Materials Science."
Diversity is at the heart of our vision, and we encourage the attendance of a varied and inclusive group,
ensuring gender and geographical balance among scientists. We believe that such diversity enriches
the exchange of ideas and perspectives in the fascinating field of materials science. Moreover, the
conference is poised to initiate a forum dedicated to monitoring and driving developments and innovations
related to the future challenges in Materials Science.
As the excitement builds, we eagerly anticipate everyone’s presence at Materials Europe in Valencia,
Spain. Together, let us embark on a journey of discovery, collaboration, and inspiration.
Warm Regards,
Materials Europe-2024 Organizing Committee
